JOIN · PROJECT RAES

Three people. No open salaried roles.

That is the honest position. Around the three of us sit three networks, Project RAES, and each one is described here exactly as it is.

PROJECT RAES

Three networks around a three-person core.

Three networks sit around the three-person core, so delivery and distribution grow without ever touching the people who build the engine.

DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS

One partner, one sub-vertical, one market.

  • One partner takes each sub-vertical, in each market.
  • Partners are agencies, consultancies, distributors or individuals with a network.
  • The partner brings the relationships and fronts the sector, and shares in what the vertical earns.
SALES NETWORK

Representatives sell into two tracks.

Representatives work in two tracks, because a corporate learning buyer and a school or exam-preparation provider are not the same sale.

Corporate learning

OPEN

Sells to corporate learning providers and corporate training functions.

Academic and exam

OPEN

Sells Aidulearn deployments to schools and exam-preparation providers.

  • The boundary is the buyer, not the product.
  • Every lead is registered.

A representative qualifies a lead, registers it, and carries it through their track to close.

DEVELOPER BENCH

The open-source work is the way in.

A standing network of vetted developers kept inside the Dirmacs loop and drawn on per project. Developers who already use our repositories already know the stack.

  • Delivery capacity that grows with the work
  • Sixteen public repositories to start from
  • No CV and no upload field: send links to what you have built
RAN AUGUST 2026

The intern programme

An intern round ran in August 2026 across three roles: internal development on Eruka and ARES, forward deployment configuring Eruka for client projects, and sales and outreach.

APPLY

Show us something you have actually done.

Short is fine. Specific is better. We read every one of these.

No file uploads, by design. Goes into our own application system, on our own server, where we read it. No list, no sharing.

Which network?

Not here for a network? Come and talk anyway.
